PROCEDURE:

1. Check with customer when next shipment will be ready

Get SO and IMO Document (if Hazmat)

2. Confirm before booking with 김지희차장님 regards shipment mode, ship-out date, vessel, and delivery details

3. Contact customer if DIM info needed and provide to Jihee cjn

4. Search for truck and dispatch

● Rate quote from KW FTL or SAIA

● Send DO with PU date

● Share IMO with trucker for HAZMAT

● Send DRIVER Info to Customer (Christie).
