1. Shipment Request Received

• Receive LCL shipment request from Shipper or from 지희차장님
• Confirm shipment plan includes:
  • Pickup schedule
  • Product information (SO#)

2. Contact shipper to confirm:

• Cargo dimensions (DIM)
• Estimated pickup readiness date
• Who is filing CERS (Shipper or KW via Coloader)

3. Coloader Communication (Binex)

• Email example
• Contact Binex to:
  • Confirm sailing schedule
  • Request trucking rate
  • Get CFS information (cut-off, ETA, etc.)
• After rate is confirmed:
  • Provide pickup date
  • Request PU BOL from Binex → Share with shipper

4. Internal Coordination (KW Korea Team/ 김지희 차장님)

• FMS Update
• Once DIM and schedule are confirmed:
  • Email sample
  • Share shipping schedule, trucking rate, and HBL number with KOREA team
    • copy and paste details from the coloader
